Return and Exchange

Can I refund or exchange or return my order?

We only offer exchange when you received a damaged, defective or wrong item. We will send you the product again without any change. We will refund the shipping fee to you when you return the damaged, defective or wrong product to us.

Remark 1:

We only accept to return within 7days of receipt. 

Remark 2:

Please contact us at resisology@gmail.com and state the problem. It will be helpful if you can attach relevant photo. We do not accept the return without our consent.

Remark 3:

The returned product must be unworn and unused, include any hangtag and packaging also.

Remark 4:

The product color between photo and real product may have little bit difference due to monitor. Therefore, the refund/exchange/return system is not included to this case.

Remark 5:

If the original purchased product was out of stock, we will refund to you with the same payment method.
